For IT support there is no monthly retainer where you are charged you for a service you may not use, instead we find it fairer to only bill you for hours actually worked.
Onsite £80/hr, minimum 2 hrs
Telephone/Remote IT Support £60/hr, ¼ hr units
Offsite Repair/Diagnostic/Data Recovery £60/hr, minimum 1hr then ¼ hr units
Telephone support will be available for issues that may not require onsite attendance. This will be charged in ¼ Hour units.
Remote log-in support can be arranged which enables an engineer to log into the computers remotely to carry out maintenance. Remote log-in support will be charged in ¼ Hour units.
